Tickets

Supremacy 2023  is completely sold out!

I did not receive my ticket(s) or I lost them. What can I do?

Tickets are sent immediately after the payment has been completed. Did you not receive your tickets or did you lose them? Go to paylogic.nl/tickets, enter your e-mail address and you will receive your tickets again.

You can also download your tickets at any time in your Paylogic profile. Log in at the website of Paylogic. Are your tickets also not available in your Paylogic account? You may have used a different email address or made a typing mistake. Please contact the Paylogic customer service so they can fix this for you.

I have used a wrong email address, can it be changed?

In case you put the wrong name on your ticket you can use this link to change this.

Till what time can I enter the event?

You can enter the event till 08:00 PM, after that the doors will be closed.

Floorplan

Minimum age

The minimum age for Supremacy is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older on the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

Cigarettes are not available at Supremacy

Due to the smoking ban in public areas, it is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking areas. Due to high fines for smoking outside of the designated smoking areas and because of health risks, cigarettes will not be sold at Supremacy.

It is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not permitted to take opened refills with you, but sealed ones are allowed. Smoking (e-)cigarettes and vapes is only permitted in the designated smoking area.

Smoking policy

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area. If you still decide to smoke in other (non-smoking) area, you risk being removed from the event. As organization we will receive high fines if we break the smoking policy, so we would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. Thanks in advance!

Disabled / Wheelchair Accessibility

At Supremacy, there is a wheelchair-accessible entrance and disabled toilets available. The VIP deck is not accessible by wheelchair, other than that there are no height differences and you can get everywhere with a wheelchair.

Merchandise

There will be lots of new merchandise items available at the Noize Vizion stand at the event. Prefer to receive your outfit before the event? Shop the new collection from the 15th of September on at noizevizion.com.

Lockers

There will be e-lockers available at Supremacy. This means you’ll receive a PIN code in advance, so you won’t need a key. Take good care of your PIN code and make sure nobody sees it when you enter it on your locker. Get your e-locker in pre-sale and have a shot at winning 2X FREE TICKETS to Supremacy 2024 or one of the other prizes! You can get your locker in pre-sale until Friday the 29th of September 09:00 AM CEST before the event.

Tokens & ATM

There will be no ATM inside the venue, but it’s possible to purchase your tokens and merchandise with PIN, creditcard or cash.

VIP final info

Visitors with a Supreme VIP ticket can enter through the Supreme VIP entrance, which is situated on the left side of the main entrance. If you bought VIP lockers, you can find them directly after the entrance. At the Supreme VIP deck, situated in the back of the main area, you’ll get the best view of the stage. All the Supreme VIP facilities can be found on the floorplan.

Recycling system

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans, and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work?
You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a token you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

1. First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
2. Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
3. Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 token for a new cup/bottle;
4. Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

This way we will keep Supremacy clean together!

What you can(not) bring

We often receive questions about which items you can or cannot bring to Supremacy. We’ve summed up the items you most frequently have questions about, check them below.

What you can bring:

Deodorant roller.
Water bag: empty only
Crutches
Bepanthen ointment
E-Smoker/Vape – except opened refills (use only in smoking area)

What you may not take with you:

Liquids
Sharp/hazardous objects
Selfie sticks longer than 1 m.
Umbrellas
Food/Drinks

Medication / Pumping

It is not allowed to bring medicines without a doctor’s statement. Is it necessary to take medication during the event? Make sure you bring a doctor’s certificate.

It is possible to pump from the first aid room and store it in a cool place during the event.

Food and drinks

During Supremacy there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].

Charge your phone

It is not possible to charge your phone during the event. There are no charging points and no power banks at Supremacy 2023

Protect your ears

You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand too close to speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. You can buy your hearing protection from Alpine at several selling points.

Photo & video

All sorts of cameras are allowed at Supremacy, except for large (professional) video equipment. Bring yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to add the official hashtag #Supremacy2023.

Zero tolerance

The drugs policy at Supremacy is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. If you are caught doing this you risk being removed from the event or handed over to the police.

Lost & Found

All found items will be posted on iLost from Tuesday after the event until at least two weeks after the event. Have you found something yourself? Click here to report the item. Good luck!

Celebrate Safe

During Supremacy we celebrate safely. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Unity Stand (supported by Celebrate Safe) in the hallway. Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and openminded advice about alcohol and other drugs.

Take care of yourself and each other

Not feeling well? Or is somebody around you not feeling well? Please don’t hesitate and go to our first aid. Take care of yourself and each other! Remember that the crew is there for your safety and everything you discuss with the first aid staff is confidential.

Jewelry & other valuables

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. But to be sure nothing will get stolen, We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.
